- Soak a rice paper sheet in warm water for approximately 10–15 seconds until pliable and translucent. Lay it flat on a damp surface.
- In the center of the softened rice paper sheet, add cooked vermicelli noodles, shredded carrots, finely chopped cabbage, and your preferred protein.
- Fold in the sides of the rice paper and roll from the bottom upwards tightly like a burrito.
- Brush or spray each roll with oil to ensure maximum crispiness during air frying.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 2–3 minutes.
- Place the rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket and air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the rolls from the basket and serve immediately with your dipping sauce.
