Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and glossy—this should take about 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Once the chocolate is fully melted, stir in 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk until completely combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and allow it to chill for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Finely chop walnut pieces using a food processor and spread onto a plate.
  5. After the mixture has set, use a 1 oz cookie scoop to portion and roll into smooth balls.
  6. Gently toss each truffle in the prepared walnut coating to cover fully.
  7. Return the coated truffles to the plate and chill for an additional 15 minutes before serving.
