  • 2 ounces Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 ounce Fresh Carrot Juice
  • 1 ounce Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 ounce Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 1 ounce Heavy Cream can substitute with half-and-half
For the Spices
  • 1 dash Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 dash Ground Nutmeg
For Glass Decoration
  • 1 cup Crushed Graham Crackers or Cinnamon Sugar for rimming the glass
Extras
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 piece Optional Garnish like carrot ribbon, cinnamon stick, or whipped cream

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rim your martini glass with water and roll it in crushed graham crackers or cinnamon sugar. Chill the glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the vanilla vodka, fresh carrot juice, Irish cream liqueur, butterscotch schnapps, and heavy cream. Add a dash of ground cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until well combined and chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass using a fine mesh sieve.
  5. Garnish with a carrot ribbon, a cinnamon stick, or a dollop of whipped cream, and serve immediately.
