- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, vegetable oil, and water according to package directions until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
- Spoon a generous dollop of brownie batter at the wider end of each triangle and roll tightly towards the point.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rolled croissants on it, leaving space between them.
- If desired, beat an egg and brush it over the tops of the croissants for a glossy finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and aromatic.
