  • 8 oz Imitation Crab Meat Shred into small pieces for even distribution.
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Mayo Adjust quantity for preferred creaminess level.
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper Freshly cracked for flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and peel the Persian cucumbers, then julienne them into thin strips and place in a colander. Lightly sprinkle with salt and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Gently squeeze cucumber strips to remove accumulated moisture and set aside in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Shred the imitation crab meat into fine, bite-sized pieces and set aside in a separate bowl.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, garlic powder, sugar, and freshly cracked pepper until smooth.
  5. Add dry cucumber strips and shredded crab meat into the dressing and fold gently to coat.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or fresh herbs, chill for about 15 minutes, and then serve.
