Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place half of the frozen pierogi at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Layer half of the sliced kielbasa and half of the chopped onion over the pierogi.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and melted butter.
  5. Spread half of the creamy sauce mixture over the layered ingredients.
  6. Repeat with the remaining pierogi, kielbasa, onion, and the rest of the creamy sauce.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top during the last 30 minutes.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with chives.
