  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Finely chop 2 cups of fresh spinach and let 1 cup of cream cheese soften at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  2. Shred 1 cup of mozzarella and grate ½ cup of parmesan cheese.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
  4. Add the chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Scoop portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening slightly and ensuring space between each.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the centers are bubbly.
  8. Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
