Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1 inch and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Create a breading station with beaten eggs in one bowl and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan in another.
  4. Dip chicken in beaten egg, then coat thoroughly in breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.
  5. Arrange coated chicken pieces on a greased baking sheet, spaced evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  8. Add heavy cream to sautéed garlic and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Season to taste.
