  5. Coat each cutlet in the panko-Parmesan mixture, ensuring both sides are evenly covered.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cutlets evenly. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley or basil before serving.
