- Drain and pat dry a can of chickpeas. Mash them in a bowl until chunky.
- Mix in ground cumin, black pepper, sea salt, green onions, garlic, flour, and the egg. Stir to combine.
- Heat grapeseed oil in a skillet. Shape the mixture into patties and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
- For the yogurt sauce, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth.
