Step-by-Step Instructions for Hurricane Chips
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Tear seaweed snacks into small pieces and blend with sugar until finely ground.
  3. Add sesame seeds to the blended mixture and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes into the seaweed mixture.
  5. Spread potato chips on a baking sheet and bake for about 4 minutes until crisp.
  6. Remove chips from the oven and sprinkle the seaweed mixture over them.
