  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the wonton wrappers on the baking sheet, ensuring they don't overlap.
  2. Brush each wonton wrapper lightly with sesame oil and bake for 7-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Combine the Hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and a pinch of sesame oil in a small bowl.
  4. In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the chicken until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
