Cooking Steps
- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add the gnocchi and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until they rise to the surface. Drain and set aside.
- In a large frying pan, heat enough olive oil to coat the bottom until shimmering, about 2 minutes.
- Gently add the cooked gnocchi in a single layer to the pan and let them cook undisturbed for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Stir and cook the other sides for another 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and stir. Cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, stirring to distribute evenly.
- Remove from heat and gently mix in the crumbled feta cheese. Serve immediately.

Notes
Ensure your frying pan is hot enough before adding the gnocchi to prevent sogginess. For best results, stir-fry in a single layer and use fresh ingredients.
