Preparation Steps
  1. Start by slicing the boneless chicken breasts horizontally and gently flatten them to about ½ inch thick using a meat mallet. Season with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear each side of the chicken pieces for about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Do not let it burn.
  4. Pour in dry white wine to deglaze the pan, scraping up browned bits. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add chicken stock and soy sauce, stirring gently. Combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over each piece and cover. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in lemon juice just before serving. Plate with sauce over chicken.
