Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Prosciutto Pasta
  1. Boil and cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, about 8–10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until melted.
  3. Crisp the prosciutto in the skillet for 3–4 minutes and set aside.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in the skillet until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Add cream to the skillet and simmer gently for 4–5 minutes, then stir in peas.
  6. Fold half of the crispy prosciutto into the sauce.
  7. Combine drained pasta with the sauce, using reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.
  8. Serve topped with remaining prosciutto and freshly grated Parmesan.
