Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 24 cookies Golden Oreos or substitute with graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder or crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons Salted Butter (melted) or use unsalted butter
For the Filling
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese room temperature
  • ½ cup Fresh Strawberries mashed
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream or coconut cream for non-dairy
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar granulated sugar can be used
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Remaining Strawberry Crunch Mixture to sprinkle on top
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberry Slices pick the ripest berries

Method
 

Prep Steps
  1. Spray an 8 or 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Blend Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberry powder in a food processor until fine crumbs.
  3. Reserve 1 cup of the mixture, combine the rest with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  4. Mash fresh strawberries until chunky for texture, then set aside.
  5. Beat cream cheese with a hand mixer until fluffy, then add strawberry powder, mashed strawberries, powdered sugar, and heavy cream. Beat until well-combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  7. After setting, mix reserved strawberry crunch with melted butter, sprinkle on top, and decorate with fresh strawberry slices.
