- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Shred your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder until mixed well.
- Pour the filling into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, crush the Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter until coated.
- Evenly sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture over the chicken filling.
