Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs, salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and sauté for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Prepare Sauce Base: In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic and diced onion. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until the onion is translucent.
