Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 3-4 minutes until browned, then remove and keep warm.
  3. Lower heat and melt butter in the same skillet. Add heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, stirring for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, toss to coat. Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted. Fold in steak bites and heat through.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish, optionally garnish with additional Parmesan and parsley. Serve immediately.
