Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl. Let it sit for flavor infusing.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken, and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  6. Combine cooked pasta and chicken in the skillet, toss to coat, adjusting with reserved water if needed.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve.
