Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients, chop the onions finely and mince the garlic.
Cook Beef
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Sauté Veggies
  1. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 3 minutes.
Combine & Simmer
  1. Stir in enchilada sauce and dry pasta. Add enough water to cover pasta, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Cook Pasta
