Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

  4. In another bowl, whisk together orange zest, orange juice, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and gently mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in fresh cranberries and optional walnuts gently using a spatula.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
