- In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Fold in dried cranberries and chopped chives.
- Roll out one sheet of thawed puff pastry to a rectangle about ¼ inch thick on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the rolled-out puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll the pastry tightly from one long edge into a log and slice it into approximately 16 rounds.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the cut pinwheels on a baking sheet and brush the tops with the egg wash.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until the pinwheels are puffed and golden brown.
