- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and pierce sweet potatoes; bake for 45 to 60 minutes until tender.
- Slice baked sweet potatoes in half and scoop out the flesh.
- In a bowl, combine sweet potato flesh, chopped apples, cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and salt.
- Spoon the filling back into the sweet potato skins.
- Lower oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake filled sweet potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes.
