Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Churro Cheesecake Bars
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Coat a 9x13 inch baking pan generously with non-stick spray.
  3. In a small bowl, combine ½ cup of sugar with 2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Gradually add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until uniform.
  5. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the first dough layer.
  7. Unroll the second can of dough and place it over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown.
