Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and finely chop your chosen mixed vegetables.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped vegetables with ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the puff pastry sheets until 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 4x6 inch rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the filling at one end of each pastry rectangle and roll tightly, sealing the edges.
  6. Apply an egg wash to the tops of each roll.
  7. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
