  • 750 ml Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio as alternatives
  • 1/3 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec) or non-alcoholic orange syrup for a mocktail
  • 1/2 cup white cranberry juice or white grape juice as a substitute
For the Fruit Medley
  • 1 red apple cut into 1-inch cubes green apple can be used for a tart twist
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries frozen cranberries work well as an alternative
For the Spice
  • 3 cinnamon sticks can add more for garnish or substitute with rosemary sprigs
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice optional but highly recommended
For the Fizz
  • 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda adjust sweetness to taste
  • 6 rosemary sprigs optional for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dice the red apple into 1-inch cubes and rinse the fresh cranberries. In a large pitcher, combine the apple cubes and cranberries with the cinnamon sticks.
  2. Pour Sauvignon Blanc, orange liqueur, and white cranberry juice into the pitcher. Optionally add lime juice. Gently stir to blend the flavors.
  3. Cover the pitcher with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Add lemon-lime soda just before serving, stirring gently to keep carbonation.
  5. Serve in festive glasses, ensuring each glass contains fruit. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprig of rosemary.
