- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a skillet, add chopped apples, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Flatten each biscuit on a clean surface to about a 4-inch circle.
- Place a generous amount of the apple mixture in the center of each biscuit and add a piece of caramel candy.
- Pinch the edges tightly to seal and roll each biscuit into a ball, seam-side down in the greased dish.
- Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and filling is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving warm.
