Cooking Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water over high heat until al dente, about 10–12 minutes. Drain, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add ground beef, seasoning with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium, add remaining butter, and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add softened cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted. Gradually whisk in milk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Incorporate grated Parmesan cheese and remaining Cajun seasoning into the sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to thicken.
- Return ground beef to the skillet with the drained pasta. Toss gently until bowties are coated. Add reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan, parsley, or red pepper flakes.

Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier melting. Save pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
