  • 450 g Sirloin or Ribeye Steak Diced; ground beef can be used as an alternative.
  • 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning Adjust quantity for spiciness.
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter Used for searing the beef.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1.5 cups Heavy Cream Forms the base of the creamy sauce.
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated, to enhance flavor.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
  • 100 g Cream Cheese Can substitute with ricotta.
For Seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water; add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sear diced beef seasoned with Cajun seasoning for 3-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream; stir and add cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Return spaghetti and beef to skillet; toss until coated in sauce.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
