- In a large skillet, heat a splash of oil over medium heat. Add your choice of ground meat and cook until browned—about 5-7 minutes. Add minced garlic and ginger, followed by shredded carrots and chopped cabbage. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, approximately 3-4 minutes.
 - Pour in soy sauce and stir well to ensure the flavors meld together, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
 - Warm flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
 - Spoon portions of the filling onto each tortilla and arrange on a serving platter.
 - Drizzle with gochujang sauce and top with fresh cilantro and sliced green onions.
 - Serve immediately while warm, with extra gochujang on the side.
