  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup Heavy cream

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry, season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken skin-side down for 7-8 minutes, flip, and continue cooking for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Make the Sauce: Reduce heat, melt butter, sauté minced shallots and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add Flavorful Ingredients: Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, add thyme and crushed red pepper flakes, let simmer.
  5. Thicken the Sauce: Stir in heavy cream, cook until sauce thickens for about 5-6 minutes.
