- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 packet of active dry yeast, 1 cup of warm milk, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Stir in 4 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter and 1 beaten egg until smooth.
- Gradually add 3 to 4 cups of all-purpose flour, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5-8 minutes until smooth.
