  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce or teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder or fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or minced garlic
For the Veggies
  • 2 cups Bell Peppers sliced; can add zucchini or broccoli
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes adjust for spice level
For the Rice
  • 2 cups Rice white, brown, or cauliflower rice

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the beef is well-browned and no longer pink.
  2. Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet. Stir them in and cook for 2-3 minutes until the peppers are slightly tender.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger powder, and garlic powder. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Prepare your choice of rice and serve the beef and pepper mixture generously over it.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired and serve immediately.
