- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and orange zest.
- In another bowl, mix together the fresh orange juice, melted and cooled butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined.
- Carefully fold in the fresh or dried cranberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top using a spatula.
