Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing and flouring it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and orange zest.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the fresh orange juice, melted and cooled butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined.
  5. Carefully fold in the fresh or dried cranberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top using a spatula.
  7. Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 50–60 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Remove the bread from the oven and cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
