- Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and rice vinegar until smooth. Set aside.
- Cook the Chicken by heating oil in a large skillet and adding seasoned chicken breast. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Scramble the Eggs in the same skillet. Add beaten eggs and stir gently for 2-3 minutes until just set. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
