Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F / 200°C). Ensure the grill is hot enough for a perfect sear.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers, packing them closely together.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally to achieve even cooking.
  7. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let them rest. Serve hot, optionally garnished with chopped cilantro.
