  • 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce Or make your own
  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce Essential for flavor

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice Lime juice can be used
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced, or garlic powder if necessary
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Can substitute with green onions
  • 1 lime Lime Slices For serving

  • 2 cups Steamed Rice To soak up the sauce

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil.
  2. Place the salmon on the baking sheet, skin side down, and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the canned pineapple slices underneath the salmon.
  4. Whisk together sweet chili sauce, melted butter, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and pineapple juice in a bowl, then pour over salmon and pineapple.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes until salmon is flaky and opaque.
  6. Broil for an additional 5 minutes for charred edges and caramelized pineapple.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime slices.
