Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.

  6. Mix in lemon zest and lemon juice, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  7. Place seasoned cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the coconut lemon sauce over them.
