- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease your baking dish with olive oil or line with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place skin-side down in the prepared baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Distribute minced garlic and lemon zest across the fillets.
- Spread a layer of Boursin Cheese over each salmon fillet, covering them well.
- Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Optionally, switch to broil for the last 1-2 minutes for a golden finish. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
