  2. Roll Out the Dough: Roll dough into a 12x16 inch rectangle, ensuring edges are even and not sticky.
  3. Layer the Cheeses: Lay provolone cheese slices evenly over dough, followed by layers of salami and pepperoni.
  4. Add the Shredded Cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the cured meats without overloading.
  5. Roll Up the Dough: Gently roll the dough to create a tight log, pinching the seam closed.
  6. Transfer to Baking Sheet: Place the rolled Stromboli seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
