  • 1 teaspoon Salt Sea salt preferred for texture.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Finely chopped shallots can be used.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional for heat.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Fresh lemon preferred.
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Substitute with dill or cilantro if desired.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel, removing any pin bones.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper if using.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture on each fillet and drizzle lemon juice on top. Let sit.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Place the seasoned salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until it flakes easily and reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove fillets, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
