- Start by peeling 2 ripe bananas and slice them into thin, even rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced bananas with 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil until lightly coated.
- In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of sugar with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
- Lay the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
